The following graph is derived from the official statistics provided by the Accident Compensation Corporation on the number of review hearings heard by Disputes Resolution Service Limited.

Insured persons opposing decisions made by ACC and who are not represented at the review hearing by an advocate or legal counsel succeed in their review applications on average at the rate of 25% of the unrepresented reviews heard. Those persons who are represented succeed on average at the rate of 30% of the represented reviews heard.

Those persons who have employed Advkit Para Legal Services to represent them to date have succeeded on average at the rate of 80%.
