WHAT DIFFERENCE DO WE MAKE?

Instead our Registered Clients* are able to communicate with their Service Manager* to communicate any of their concerns or events that take place relative to their ACC entitlements or commitments by way of our 0800 or local call free service. We are then kept in the picture and can initiate any proactive protective actions in the file management of our client.

Our file data basing system can disclose entitlement to the payment of lump sums due to a previous entitlement being overlooked or underpaid; to the forcing of the provision of all of the forms of social or rehabilitative assistance that a client is legally entitled but has missed out on.
