Review costs that may be granted by way of the
DRSL review process are additional to the fees payable on a
successful Review outcome. An unsuccessful Disputes Resolution
Service Limited Review will be discounted to the extent that
COSTS are granted.
District Court appeals that are successful
will NOT attract any fee where the Court meets the fees charged. An unsuccessful District Court Appeal
will be subject to the above fees plus any other disbursements
such as photocopying, file binding and strategic report
preparation etc.
