Our service management motto is, “you no longer need to worry, that is our job”. In our dealings with all ACC and CATALYST case manager’s we conduct ourselves in a professional and polite manner regardless of their personal attitudes towards either ourselves or our clients.

We will not recommend or pursue any course of action that would jeopordise the ongoing ACC entitlements of our client unless specifically instructed to do so by our client.

We will never allow any ACC or CATALYST case manager to bully or impose themselves upon our client. We can also assure our clients that there is an immediate difference when our Service Manager* becomes involved in representing their interests with ACC.

Our specially designed data based systems permit us to administer your relationship with ACC to the highest professional level and to this extent we are always on the lookout for refinements to our service. An example of what we offer our clients is a FREE reminder letter that is automatically generated from our file systems every time that a client is required to renew their ACC 18 medical certificate.

We empathise and understand the daily difficulties that many of our ACC clients face and to that extent our clients needs are first and foremost when we deal on their behalf with ACC or CATALYST.

At all times we keep our client advised of the reasons for any strategic recommendations that we suggest to our client, so that there is a feeling of comfort and knowledge offered to our client as to the direction that we are endeavouring the service management of their affairs to take.
